My company has been using InfoMap module successfully. In one specific portal (not online yet) we are having the following problem when I declare a map as information then this image does not appear on the page the only time I can see the image is when I try to insert an information on it so the image is shown at the “Insert new information” form page. The module is pretty straight forward so I cant understand why this is happening.
Have you ever seen this problem?

I'm sorry but I've never seen this behaviour. As you said the image is displaying correctly so it should not be because of the picture.
Could something on the page affect how the image is displayed? Take a look at the html code on the display page and look for something like ".../getmap.aspx" in an img tag.
Then copy the url of that image to another browser window and try to get the image from there. Another option would be to look if there's any inconsistency in the data points on that module.
